Our Approach
We believe in a buy-and-hold strategy. One that generates long-term cash flow for partners and increases the net equity of the real estate investment, achieving superior returns through both operations and refinancing. This means we look for opportunities that have attractive initial acquisition costs, allow value creation through entitlement and development, and are located in areas with strong demographics that support long-term growth.
We focus on multifamily and mixed-use properties in the Mid-Atlantic region, typically those with 100 or more market-rate units. We take on ground-up developments as well as projects that present value-add opportunities to existing assets.
Working closely with our property management affiliate, WPM Real Estate Management (WPM), we approach projects holistically to ensure our investments are well-managed and positioned to deliver results. We strive to return all initial capital and produce market level returns for investors within ten years, with the continuing benefit of long-term cash flow based on the proven WPM management platform and a perpetual investment horizon.
